Graphics in Forever Drive take a neon and futuristic approach. The in-app store does not come across as a necessity like other apps and actually creates a fun challenge to earn enough coins to unlock new cars and track accessories. The ability to create tracks and submit them into the game is one of the best features because after racing in the game, you can try to create a track that is better than anything you have already raced.įorever Drive’s track builder is easy to use, but new customizations have to be purchased in the game along with new cars and car accessories. Tracks in Forever Drive are player-created, so sometimes diving quickly will actually hurt you when you are racing. I'd also like to see a lap time feature added in the next release of Doodle Kart, but we'll see what happens.ĭoodle Kart Lite is a lot of fun to play, and will keep you amused for hours. The farther you race without crashing, the faster you are able to drive. I also love the music in the game, the style of which ranges from Greek Cretan to Mexican Mariachi.ĭoodle Kart has no multiplayer mode at the moment, although the developer is apparently working on a two-player Bluetooth option for the next update. FX like the roaring engines and screeching brakes sound more lifelike than they do in some 'serious' racing games. Although the graphics in Doodle Kart bear little resemblance to real life, the sound effects do. Different objects and materials respond differently when you drive over or crash into them, making the gameplay more interesting. The courses in Doodle Kart are wonderfully realized, with fun, hand-drawn scenery. Each mode has four difficulty levels and you can choose one of three cars. The championship mode pits you against three other cars, and you need to win a race to progress through to the next.

The single race mode sees you play just one course against the clock or a computer opponent. There are two game modes in Doodle Kart: Single Race and Championship.
